There is a home decor company selling a Chinese knock-off on Amazon that uses cheaper material that will affect the life of your sign and letters. Their illustrations look nice but the knock-off does not measure up to a side-by-side comparison.
Three things you should know: 1. Our unit uses Sun Block Out material which keeps your sign readable outdoors. The Chinese knock-off uses lower density translucent material which creates shadows from the letters on the other side. 2. Our sidewalk sign letter kit uses automotive grade paints for the letters which are printed on opaque material single sided. This makes your letters long-lasting and fade resistant. 3. Our tracks stay on longer. Our letter tracks have UV inhibitors and use about 1/2" wide, white high bond foam tape for maximum adhesion, they also go through a proprietary bonding process to insure full adhesion. The Chinese knock-off tracks use narrower 3/8" wide black tape that appears to come off easily.

Opaque white sign panel - VERY IMPORTANT!
What good is your sign if customer can't read it? Our sign faces are made with a 10ml thick, opaque white, sun-block panel. This makes your sign message easy to read outdoors. Unfortunately, a poorly made Chinese knock-off uses a milky white see-thru sign panel. The milky white see-thru panel makes it difficult to read your sign message when the sun is shining through. The sun creates a ghost image of the letters from the other side. Please buy from a reputable sign manufacturer who knows what they are selling.
Stability in rainy or windy conditions
It has new larger legs for increased height and greater stability made from techno polymer construction which never rusts, resists dings and always looks good. The stand cradles the message board so it rocks gently in a slight breeze and doesn't tip over. Polymer bearings resist binding and keep sign rocks freely for years of trouble free service. Made from steel and rustproof hard plastic, it offers durability and stability in rainy or windy conditions. Steel filled black 1.5 inch diameter cross rails give stiffness and frames signs face top and bottom. Its narrow 30" profile easily fits through any 30 inch doorway and makes this a truly portable sign. The base has ballast ports and no slide feet and is designed for winds up to 30 mph. In high wind conditions, you can bring the signs in or add ballast (sand) to its base.

Letters won't scrape and damage track - VERY IMPORTANT!
The letter kit is compatible with the Magic Master sign faces. The Magic Master tracking is different than other sidewalk signs. These sign letters are designed to work without scraping away the adhesive used to hold the sign letter tracks to the faces.
