Superior service before the sale greatly reduces the associated aggravation, hassle and expense with returned items. We strongly encourage you to call us with any questions or requests before you buy. We are more familiar with our products than you and will usually notice an order inconsistency.

Our return policy falls into two categories depending on the nature of the product. Please check the product page return tab for its return policy.

Premade Signs

Pre-made signs are signs that can be returned to the shelf for resale to another customer.

• A Return Authorization Number is placed on the outside of the package.
• Return to the shipper within 30 days of receipt of the package.
• Return in original container and in salable condition, must not have been used.
• No restocking fee is charged
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Made To Order Signs

Signs that are not held as inventory so cannot be returned to the shelf for resale to another customer are non-returnable.

• Signs that are produced from raw materials upon your order.
• Signs made to your specifications.
• Signs that have your logo or name.
• Marquee sign letter kits.
• Marquee sign individual letters.
• Directory board individual letters.
• Plaques.
• Building sign letters.

Custom made signs are non-returnable.
