      Made to OSHA Guidelines for safety

      We manufacture the highest quality Warning signs made to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's (OSHA) guidelines for safety control devices, Standards - 29 CFR, Part 1910.145. The stroke and spacing of the letter style along with the header for these Warning OSHA safety signs are designed and field-tested for maximum readability.

      These are the same signs used by professionals and government agencies.

      Material

      These safety signs are made from professional grade sign aluminum, finished with a painted enamel background that is baked on for long lasting durability. We use a .040 inch thick aluminum alloy that is long lasting and rust free even in harsh weather extremes. The sign can withstand temperatures from -40°F up to 160°F.

      Larger is more readable

      These safety signs also available in three sizes of 10W x 7H, 14W x 10H and 20W x 14H. The size of the sign required is a function of the viewing distance. A larger sign can be read from a further distance. The 10"W x 7"H can be viewed up to 12 feet, 14"W x 10"H can be viewed up to 18 feet, and a 20"W x 14"H can be viewed up to 25 feet.

      Holes in sign for easy mounting

      We also punch holes in the sign for easy mounting. The holes are 1/8 inch wide and are in the corner of the safety sign. The aluminum is cleaned and degreased, the corners are rounded, and the edges are smoothed to prevent injury.

      ASTM 3105 aluminum is environmentally friendly because of its high recycled content; 24.86% post consumer, 65.2% secondary content and only 9.89% virgin aluminum ingots. Signs are recyclable and use recycled materials.

      This item ships through the USPS (United States Postal Service). The US Postal Service has become the premier carrier for small parcels because of fast delivery times (even Saturdays), reduced damage claims and discounted prices.       We use First Class or Priority Service depending on the package dimensions and normally takes 2-4 business days to arrive. Depending on the total items in your order we may use a different carrier or service to expedite delivery. First Class and Priority Mail are not a guaranteed service.

      We are not set up for international shipments. We do not ship COD or bill to third parties.

      All claims for damage must be made within 3 business days.

      Product Return Policy

      This item is returnable under the following conditions:

      • A Return Authorization Number is placed on the outside of the package.
      • Return to the shipper within 30 days of receipt of the package.
      • Return in original container and in salable condition, must not have been used.
      • No restocking fee is charged

      This product was intended to be used to remind staff that our oil barrels can not be double stacked. The product seems to have sturdy/rigid metal used but the plastic/adhesive wrapping that is wrapped around the 7X10 aluminum with the wording seems kind of cheap and I'm concerned about the reliability and the overall durability of the product. I do not think I would buy this product again over more of a permanent style sign with the lettering placed right on the 7X10 metal.
