Display important messages for all your visitors to notice with our durable and stylish economy outdoor marquee sign that measures 96W x 48H x 6-1/4D and is double sided. The sign cabinet is enclosed with a natural satin extruded anodized aluminum case, which is constructed with alloy 6063-T6, a superior metal for signage because of its strength, hardness and corrosion resistance. Built to last in harsh weather conditions, the casing is heavier than the indoor models and is backed with a .062 anodized aluminum sheet and weather resistant silicone sealant. All corners are mitered and reinforced with locking corner brackets. The top header measure 9.25 inches tall which allows for large single or two-line copy and is part of the door. This sign is optionally illuminated from behind the top header with a single UL listed high output fluorescent bulb powered by a rapid start ballast. The wires are left at the ballast for a trained electrician to hard wire. The unit uses T8 Cool White fluorescent bulbs which are widely available and easily replaced. The light also shines down on the marquee area. The marquee is NOT internally illuminated. The marquee sign comes with a tamper-proof, lockable door which is hinged along its top for easy letter changing. The door frame holds a durable, 1/4 inch crystal clear, solar grade, shatter-resistant, Lexan window to protect against vandalism while controlling access to lettering surface. Two keys are included. The case dimensions are 96W x 48H and 6.25 inch depth. The main case frame is 1 inch wide and the door frame is 1-15/16 inch. This reduces the visible area to 90W x 42H. The interior space between the door and the letter board is 1-5/8 inch. The reader board is made from 1/8 inch thick white acrylic and tracked for five lines of 4 inch letters. A kit of 300- 4 inch on a 5 inch high impact, non-yellowing, changeable letters is included with the marquee sign. A custom design will be emailed for your approval. Standard frame finish is natural satin aluminum but optional finishes are available. Ships Freight Truck.
