A UL listed fixture illuminates this indoor lighted enclosed bulletin board from its top. The rapid start UL listed ballast is attached to the inside of the case and is covered by framing so it is not exposed to the viewing area. Also our display case corners are mitered and reinforced with locking brackets. The display case is constructed with a natural satin extruded anodized aluminum frame, which is manufactured with alloy 6063-T6, a superior metal for signage because of its strength, hardness and corrosion resistance. A top-quality, 1/32 inch self-sealing natural cork is laminated to 7/16 inch fiberboard which slides into the case channel. The door includes solid disc tumbler locks to protect against vandalism while controlling access to posting surface. Two keys are included. The door frame holds a durable, 1/8 inch shatter-resistant acrylic window so messages can be seen but not touched. This one door unit is mounted with full-length piano hinges. The case dimensions are 72W x 36H and 3-1/8 inch depth. The main case frame is 1 inch wide and the door frame is 1-7/16 inch. This reduces the visible area to 67W x 31.13H, an optional header further reduces the visible area. The interior space between the door and the cork board is 1-3/4 inch. Optional fabric covered cork or powder coated colored frame carries a 15 percent up charge. This item ships Freight Truck.

This item is too large to ship as a parcel, it must go by freight truck. We shop a network of trucking companies to get you the lowest freight rate and best value.

Your product is being shipped by the freight truck company dock-to-dock. They will deliver the package to the end of their truck. You are responsible for unloading it off the truck and it may take several men or a lift. Please let us know if you need assistance and the trucking company can provide a lift gate for an additional cost.

Ownership of the sign passes to you the customer when the trucking company picks up the product at the factory doors. Although well packaged, 2% of the signs arrive with some damage. The trucking company is financially responsible for any damages to your shipment.

Please check for damage and note it on the delivery ticket before signing for delivery. Any claims for freight damage must be made against the trucking company. Please notify the person who will accept delivery of the following procedures or any freight claim may not be paid.

• Count all boxes and confirm that it matches the number indicated on the bill of lading.
• Inspect the outside of every box for signs of damage.
• Holes, crushed corners, wrinkles, black rub marks, broken pallets, and rattling boxes are signs of possible damage.
• Some packages include a Tip-N-Tell, a blue dye indicator if the package has been tipped over.
• Open suspected boxes, examine the product inside for damage.
• If there is damage, note it on the bill of lading in detail.
• Call Alphabet Signs at 1-800-582-6366 to report damage immediately (before the driver leaves.)

The trucking company needs clear access during normal business hours to deliver your sign. Limited access to your property can be caused by residential streets, security gates, or non-business hours. Access charges are the responsibility of you the customer payable to the freight company. If you are unable to unload the package, the truck will return to the hub and there will be a redelivery fee.

• A Return Authorization Number is placed on the outside of the package.
• Return to the shipper within 14 days of receipt of the package
• Return in original container and in salable condition, must not have been used.
