2 inch Custom Lettering Stencils on 7.5 mil Thin Mylar

Made from 7.5 mil mylar, a thin flexible plastic typically used for reusable, small, intricate stencils. You specify the 2 inch characters and your custom stencil is ready to ship in one business day. The monospace letter style is Pavement font, an easy to read letter style with a 2:3 width ratio. It is an upper case only font. Any order submitted with lowercase characters will be converted to uppercase.

How to apply paint

Paint can be applied by using spray equipment, brush or roller. You can get spray equipment from Graco Sprayers, Sherwin Williams Dura Clad or Pervo Paint Ultra 9000 offer a conventional dry (non-heated application) water-based paint intended for marking interior and exterior curbing and lanes on driveways, sidewalks, factory floors, parking lots and airport runways. We do not recommend oil based paint. Please consult their paint specialist for you application.

Storage and maintenance

To remove paint from stencil when finished, carefully wipe with a damp cloth. The stencils are typically shipped rolled and should be layed flat in a warm location over night to get any memory curl out. It is best to store them flat and without any weight on it. There is some UV protection in them but direct sunlight or the back of a pick-up cab would cause them to crack.

Product life

Product life is typically under 1 year with normal use but tear very easily. This item is Made in America which reduces transportation costs, supply time and its environmental impact.

Product Shipping Policy

This item ships through the USPS (United States Postal Service). The US Postal Service has become the premier carrier for small parcels because of fast delivery times (even Saturdays), reduced damage claims and discounted prices. Even large companies like UPS, FedEx and Amazon have partnered to deliver through USPS.

We use First Class or Priority Service depending on the package dimensions and normally takes 2-4 business days to arrive. Depending on the total items in your order we may use a different carrier or service to expedite delivery. First Class and Priority Mail are not a guaranteed service.

We are not set up for international shipments. We do not ship COD or bill to third parties. Shipping to AK and HI needs to be quoted and we will email you an invoice for the total shipping cost before the order is processed.

All claims for damage must be made within 3 business days.

This item is returnable under the following conditions:

A Return Authorization Number is placed on the outside of the package.
Return to the shipper within 30 days of receipt of the package.
Return in original container and in salable condition, must not have been used.
No restocking fee is charged
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
