Parking in crowded areas like cities or public events can be challenging, especially when the Parking Signs are not clear about parking hours and times.

In Fargo, SD, residents are constantly calling Joe Nigg, the City Planner, with questions regarding the rules and regulations for parking on the city streets. Even Nigg has a cheat sheet on his desk, so he can quickly help concerned callers with the parking confusion. For example, there are No Parking Signs that indicate 90 minute parking except from 5 p.m. to 8 a.m. So does that mean that you can park for more than 90 minutes between those hours or not at all?

All around Fargo, many no parking signs are being replaced to make the area safe and less confusing. There are many No Overnight Parking Signs being replaced as well as Two Hour Parking Signs with 90 Minute Parking Signs. Some of the 15 Minute Parking Signs will remain in place because they are in especially busy areas.

Just down the road, there's a No Parking from 2 a.m. to 7 a.m. on odd days. But what if you don't know if it is an odd date? The city would like public input about the whole situation, to resolve the confusion parking issues.

Across the country, in Staunton, VA, a rule was recently implemented regarding parking in the busy Gypsy Hill Park area. Drivers can no longer park on the left side of Constitution Drive because first responders were struggling to reach their destinations due to crowded roadways. This rule is big change for residents who now have 50 percent less parking. The No Parking Any Time Signs are now in place on the left side of this road.

Obviously, Parking Signs need clear direction, or there's just going to be confusion and anger. Alphabet Signs offers a large selection of No Parking and Parking Lot Sign templates which can be customized to for each areas unique circumstance.

Custom Parking Signs can be made in a variety of colors and ship in 1 business day.
