Returns Policy

Alphabet Signs understands that mistakes can be made during the ordering process and you may end up with signs that you need to return. We have learned that superior service before the sale greatly reduces the associated aggravation, hassle and expense with returned items. We strongly encourage you to call us with any questions or requests before you buy. We are more familiar with our products than you and will usually notice an order inconsistency.

Our return policy falls into three categories depending on the nature of the product.

Stock Signs
Custom Made Signs
Special Order Signs

Stock signs are signs that can be returned to the shelf for resale to another customer. A 20% restocking fee is charged. Please call Alphabet Signs at 1-800-582-6366 so we can prepare for the returned item and properly refund your money. The item must be returned under the following conditions which are strictly enforced. The items must be returned to the shipper within 14 days of receipt of the package. The items must be returned in their original container and in salable condition. The items must not have been used. You must first obtain a return authorization number to place on the outside of the package. We will not accept any package that does not have a return authorization number.

Custom made signs are made to your specifications, modifications or logo imprint and we are unable to resell to another customer. Custom made signs are non-returnable.

Special Order Items are signs that we do not stock but can be returned to the factory to be melted down and returned as raw material. Special order items are non-returnable. Plastic building letters, cast metal letters, clip-on letters, marquee letters, interior foam letters, and stencils are special order items and are non-returnable. Free samples are available for your inspection.

Davson Letters are a special order item from the factory and are non-returnable. They do not provide samples.

Gas station numbers are made to order and are non-returnable.

Vinyl letters are custom made and are non-returnable. However, if you make a mistake applying the letters we will send you a second set for free.
