Holds standard plastic directory letters

The letter board is available with either a felt or vinyl material. The vinyl is washable and easily cleans with soap and water. Felt letter boards are used for indoor areas and have a rich velvety look. The letter board is made from 1/2 inch thick fiberboard with grooves cut on every 1/4 inch increment and covered with either vinyl or felt that is pleated into the grooves. Black is standard but is also available in red, blue, green, burgundy and brown. The custom colors take an additional week to produce. This holds the standard plastic directory letters with molded tabs.

Strong mitered corners

Select between a solid red oak wood frame or satin anodized aluminum frame. The wood frame is produced from North American Red Oak and milled to perfection. A single species source is used so each frame looks consistent in appearance. The wood frame dimensions are 1 inch wide face trim and 3/4 inch depth, the corners are mitered, glued and fastened. The aluminum frame dimensions are 3/4 inch wide face trim and 5/8 inch depth, the corners are mitered and riveted together.

Ships UPS Ground to the continental US and normally takes 2-4 business days to arrive. The freight cost is additional and adds to the cost of the order plus $5.00 boxing and handling fee.

UPS adds a Large Package Surcharge to this shipment. This package is considered a "Large Package" because its length plus girth [(2 x width) + (2 x height)] combined exceeds 130 inches, but does not exceed the maximum UPS size of 165 inches. Large Packages are subject to a minimum billable weight of 90 pounds.

Volume orders ship by freight carrier.

Shipping to AK and HI needs to be delivered by air freight and we will email you an invoice for the total shipping cost before the order is processed.

We are not set up for international shipments. We do not ship COD or bill to third parties.

All claims for damage must be made within 3 business days.

This item is returnable under the following conditions:

• A Return Authorization Number is placed on the outside of the package.
• Return to the shipper within 14 days of receipt of the package.
• Return in original container and in salable condition, must not have been used.
• 15% restocking fee is charged
• You get coupon valued at 15% good for 90 days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
