Stronger framing system, easy to install without ruining your new cabinet

The frame casing is produced from North American Red Oak and milled to perfection. A single species source is used so each cabinet looks consistent in appearance. The enclosed bulletin board display case corners are mitered, glued and fastened. The wood framed enclosed bulletin board is available in natural oak finish or stained in either walnut or cherry, and then spray finished with an even-coating, high gloss clear lacquer.

Easy to install without ruining your new cabinet

Easy to install so that your cabinet sits plum and your doors swing flush. First attach a cleat (provided) to your wall and place the bulletin board sign cabinet over the cleat. There is a recessed area on the back of our cabinet that will fit tightly onto the cleat. Then attach angle brackets with fasteners to the bottom of the cabinet. Includes mounting hardware (no fasteners).

Grooved board holds standard plastic directory letters

The directory board is made from 1/2 inch thick fiberboard with grooves cut on every 1/4 inch increment and covered with felt that is pleated into the grooves which slides into the case channel. The letter board holds the standard plastic directory letters with molded tabs.

Shatter-resistant polycarbonate window

The door includes solid disc tumbler locks to protect against vandalism while controlling access to posting surface. The locking mechanism is bolted in place. Our competitors use only clips. Two keys are included. The door frame holds a durable, 1/8 inch shatter-resistant polycarbonate window with UV inhibitors so messages can be seen but not touched. The window sits in a rabbited grooved channel. This makes the window easy to replace if vandalized.

Full length piano hinge

This is a one door unit that is mounted on full-length piano hinges. The case dimensions are 30W x 36H and 2 inch depth. The main case frame is 3/4 inch wide and the door frame is 1-1/4 inch. This reduces the visible area to 25W x 31H, an optional header further reduces the visible area. The interior space between the door and the cork board is 5/8 inch.

Ships UPS Ground to the continental US and normally takes 2-4 business days to arrive. The freight cost is additional and typically adds 10% to the cost of the order plus $5.00 boxing and handling fee. Shipping to AK and HI needs to be quoted and we will email you an invoice for the total cost before the order is processed.
