Zero degree rapid start UL listed ballast

The unit uses T8 Soft White Fluorescent bulbs which are widely available and easily replaced. A UL listed fixture illuminates this outdoor lighted enclosed letter board from its top. The zero degree rapid start UL listed ballast is attached to the inside of the case and is covered by framing so it is not exposed to the viewing area.

Stronger framing system

Our cabinet casing is a structural element that holds the letter board in its channel. The channel makes the board easily removable and replaceable. Our competitors use the letter board to hold their frame casing together, thus you cannot replace it without destroying it. And our frame casing includes an extra channel if you later want to add a dry-erase panel.

The enclosed letter board display case corners are mitered and reinforced with locking brackets. The frame casing is constructed with a natural satin extruded anodized aluminum frame, which is manufactured with alloy 6063-T6, a superior metal for signage because of its strength, hardness and corrosion resistance.

Easy to install without ruining your new cabinet

Easy to install so that your cabinet sits plum and your doors swing flush. First attach a cleat (provided) to your wall and place the bulletin board sign cabinet over the cleat. There is a recessed area on the back of our cabinet that will fit tightly onto the cleat. Then attach angle brackets with fasteners to the bottom of the cabinet. Includes mounting hardware (no fasteners).

Grooved board holds standard plastic directory letters

The directory board is made from 1/2 inch thick fiberboard with grooves cut on every 1/4 inch increment and covered with felt that is pleated into the grooves which slides into the case channel. The letter board holds the standard plastic directory letters with molded tabs.

Shatter-resistant polycarbonate window

The door includes solid disc tumbler locks to protect against vandalism while controlling access to posting surface. The locking mechanism is bolted in place. Our competitors use only clips. Two keys are included. The door frame holds a durable, 1/8 inch shatter-resistant polycarbonate window with UV inhibitors so messages can be seen but not touched. The window sits in a mechanically fastened channel. This makes the window easy to replace if vandalized.

Full length piano hinge

This three door unit is mounted with full-length piano hinges. The case dimensions are 72W x 48H and 2-1/4 inch depth. The main case frame is 1 inch wide and the door frame is 1-7/16 inch. This reduces the visible area to 67W x 43.13H, an optional header further reduces the visible area. The interior space between the door and the cork board is 1 inch.

This item is too large to ship as a parcel, it must go by freight truck. We shop a network of trucking companies to get you the lowest freight rate and best value. Freight rate is provided at checkout.

Your product is being shipped by the freight truck company FOB:Origin. They will deliver the package to the end of their truck. You are responsible for unloading it off the truck and it may take several men or a lift. Please let us know if you need assistance and the trucking company can provide a lift gate for an additional cost of $76.00.

Ownership of the sign passes to you the customer when the trucking company picks up the product at the factory doors. Although well packaged, 2% of the signs arrive with some damage. The trucking company is financially responsible for any damages to your shipment.

Please check for damage and note it on the delivery ticket before signing for delivery. Any claims for freight damage must be made against the trucking company. Please notify the person who will accept delivery of the following procedures or any freight claim may not be paid.

• Count all boxes and confirm that it matches the number indicated on the bill of lading.
• Inspect the outside of every box for signs of damage.
• Holes, crushed corners, wrinkles, black rub marks, broken pallets, and rattling boxes are signs of possible damage.
• Some packages include a Tip-N-Tell, a blue dye indicator if the package has been tipped over.
• Open suspected boxes, examine the product inside for damage.
• If there is damage, note it on the bill of lading in detail.
• Call Alphabet Signs at 1-800-582-6366 to report damage immediately (before the driver leaves.)

The trucking company needs clear access during normal business hours to deliver your sign. Limited access to your property can be caused if the trucking company is delivering to a residence, apartment, school, college, restaurant, bar, grille, bank, shopping mall, day care, church, rectory, military base, construction site, social club, country club, golf course, camp, estate, security gates, jail, prison, farm, orchard or fairs. Limited access charges are the responsibility of you the customer payable to the freight company. If you are unable to unload the package, the truck will return to the hub and there will be a redelivery fee.

• A Return Authorization Number is placed on the outside of the package.
• Return to the shipper within 14 days of receipt of the package.
• Return in original container and in salable condition, must not have been used.
