Our outdoor replacement vinyl letter panel can be custom cut to your specifications. Great for non-standard size signs or large single door signs. Great for upgrading old or neglected letter boards without having to pay for a new one. Vinyl letter boards are used for outdoor or humid areas and have a smooth finish. Vinyl also resists sun and mildew, and is easy to clean. Black is the standard color but is also available in red, blue, green, burgundy and brown.
Cut to your specifications
We cut the panel to your exact dimensions based on 1/4 inch increments.
Panels are sold by the square foot and the maximum size is 96 inch W x 48 inch H. For price calculations, sizes are rounded up to the next incremental foot. (Example: 42W x 36H = 12 square feet.) Shopping cart will calculate incremental feet when ordering. There is a minimum of 4 incremental feet per order.
Used for standard plastic directory letters with tabs
The insert panel is made from 1/2 inch thick high density wood chip fiberboard with grooves cut on every 1/4 inch increment and covered with vinyl. It has a 3/4 inch aluminum band which prevents the pleated vinyl from unfurling. The letter board holds the standard plastic directory letters with molded tabs.
