Outdoor rated, safe to use without a protective awning

Our 30W x 36H Outdoor Enclosed Bulletin Board is better than the competitors because it is outdoor rated and it is safe to use without a protective awning or overhang. The bulletin board's frame casing is sealed in the back with an aluminum moisture barrier and silicone sealant. The door includes a seal-tight rubber gasket to protect against driving rains and there are vents on each side for humidity to escape. The frame casing also includes an extra channel if you want to add a letter board insert or dry-erase panel. The channel makes the board easily removable and replaceable.

Zero degree rapid start UL listed ballast

The unit uses T8 Soft White Fluorescent bulbs which are widely available and easily replaced. A UL listed fixture illuminates this outdoor lighted enclosed bulletin board from its top. The zero degree rapid start UL listed ballast is attached to the inside of the case and is covered by framing so it is not exposed to the viewing area.

Built to last in harsh weather conditions

Our competitors use the bulletin board to hold their frame casing together, thus you cannot replace it without destroying it. Our display case corners are mitered and reinforced with locking brackets. The frame casing is constructed with a natural satin extruded anodized aluminum frame, which is manufactured with alloy 6063-T6, a superior metal for signage because of its strength, hardness and corrosion resistance. Built to last in harsh weather conditions, the casing is heavier than the indoor models and is backed with an aluminum moisture barrier and weather resistant silicone sealant.

Easy to install without ruining your new cabinet

Easy to install so that your cabinet sits plum and your doors swing flush. First attach a cleat (provided) to your wall and place the bulletin board sign cabinet over the cleat. There is a recessed area on the back of our cabinet that will fit tightly onto the cleat. Then attach angle brackets with fasteners to the bottom of the cabinet. Includes mounting hardware (no fasteners).

Ventilation holes dissipate the heat

Two louvered moisture vents are fastened and sealed through the sides of the cabinet. Our competitors only punch open drip holes in the bottom of their casing. Our ventilation holes dissipate the heat, otherwise the cabinet becomes an oven and damages your postings. The ventilation holes equalize any temperature differences in the cabinet to prevent window fog up. The vents are capped and screened to prevent insects like spiders and wasps from climbing in the cabinet and building their nests.

Protects against fading

A top-quality, vinyl laminate is applied to 7/16 inch fiberboard which forms the posting surface and backboard of the sign. The UV vinyl laminate protects against fading while creating a stylish posting surface. Our competitor's boards fade in direct sunlight which creates ghosted images from previous bulletins. The fiberboard is sealed with an aluminum moisture barrier and silicone sealant.

Shatter-resistant polycarbonate window

The door includes solid disc tumbler locks to protect against vandalism while controlling access to posting surface. The locking mechanism is bolted in place. Our competitors use clips. Two keys are included. The door frame holds a durable, 1/8 inch shatter-resistant polycarbonate window with UV inhibitors so messages can be seen but not touched. The window frame sits in a mechanically fastened channel. This makes the window easy to replace if vandalized.

Full-length piano hinges

This one door unit is mounted with full-length piano hinges. The case dimensions are 30W x 36H and 4 inch depth. The main case frame is 1 inch wide and the door frame is 1-7/16 inch. This reduces the visible area to 25W x 31.13H, an optional header further reduces the visible area. The interior space between the door and the cork board is 2-1/2 inch.
