We manufacture the highest quality regulatory traffic signs made to the FHA guidelines (Federal Highway Administration) for traffic control devices. These Left Optional Movement R3-6L signs are professional sign grade aluminum, finished for long lasting performance and designed for easy detection, recognition, and legibility.
We use a heavy gauge sign grade aluminum alloy that is long lasting and rust free even in harsh weather extremes. The ASTM 5052-H38 sign grade aluminum alloy is .080 inches thick and is not easily vandalized or bent. The aluminum is cleaned and degreased, the corners are rounded, and the edges are smoothed to prevent injury. We also punch holes in the sign for easy mounting. The holes are 5/16 inch wide and are centered in the middle of the Left Optional Movement R3-6L sign, on one inch increments from its top and bottom. These holes match standard sign posts. The stroke and spacing of the letter style for these Left Optional Movement R3-6L signs are also designed and field-tested for maximum readability.
The reflective background exceeds ASTM D4956 Type 1 standards for retro reflectivity which is visible in daytime or nighttime from a wide range of angles. Optional reflective backgrounds of Type III High Intensity and Type VIII Prismatic are listed below. These are the same signs used by professionals and government agencies.
Ships UPS Ground to the continental US and normally takes 2-4 business days to arrive. The freight cost is additional and typically adds 10% to the cost of the order plus $5.00 boxing and handling fee. Shipping to AK and HI needs to be delivered by air freight and we will email you an invoice for the extra cost.
