Easy portability. Stands 32 inches tall. Make changes in seconds, uses sign blank size 24W x 18H, the standard dimension for most real estate signs. Blanks quickly slide in and out and stay securely in place. No bolts, latches, added parts or special treatment. You attach the signs by pushing up the sign board and allowing it drop down in recessed opening. The sign is two sided and you can have a different message on each side.

There are molded-in stacking lugs that nest into each other when stacking units which prevents sliding. Closed thickness is 2 inches. A patented locking hinge keeps the Signicade open. A built in stabilizer brace prevents accidental or intentional spreading of sign faces too far and can be used for sandbagging. Just snap it into place. There are no rough edges, which assures easy handling. Clean periodically to keep dirt from building up with mild soap and water. This is a stand only, signs or posters are not included.

Ships UPS Ground to the continental US and normally takes 2-4 business days to arrive. The freight cost is additional and typically adds 10% to the cost of the order plus $5.00 boxing and handling fee. Shipping to AK and HI needs to be delivered by air freight and we will email you an invoice for the extra cost.

We are not set up for international shipments. We do not ship COD or bill to third parties.

This item is returnable under the following conditions:

• A Return Authorization Number is placed on the outside of the package.
• Return to the shipper within 14 days of receipt of the package
• Return in original container and in salable condition, must not have been used.
• 20% restocking fee is charged
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
