Display important messages for all your visitors to notice with our durable and stylish wood framed 60W x 48H indoor enclosed lighted directory board. The cabinet is hand crafted from solid oak, given a walnut stain, and a clear lacquer finish that provides a warm feel and rich upscale image. The directory board is made from 1/2 inch thick fiberboard with grooves cut on every 1/4 inch increment and covered with black felt that is pleated into the grooves. This holds the standard plastic directory letters with molded tabs. A durable, 1/8 inch shatter-resistant acrylic window protects the top-quality letter board so messages can be seen but not touched. Lockable door with solid disc tumbler locks protect against vandalism while controlling access to posting surface. Two keys are included. This is a two door unit that is mounted on full-length piano hinges. A UL listed fixture illuminates this enclosed bulletin board from the top only. The rapid start UL listed ballast is attached to the inside of the case and is covered by framing so it is not exposed to the viewing area. The unit uses T8 Cool White Fluorescent bulbs which are widely available and easily replaced. The case dimensions are 60W x 48H and 4 inch depth. The main case frame is 3/4 inch wide and the door frame is 1-1/2 inch. This reduces the visible area to 55.25W x 43.5H, an optional header further reduces the visible area. The interior space between the door and the letter board is 1-5/8 inch. Felt letter boards are available in optional colors and carries a 15 percent up charge.
